Who this page is for
The intended buyers are South African dust-suppression integrators, greenhouse and poultry equipment companies, misting installers, and distributors that hold replacement components.
- Source stainless, brass or other verified nozzle constructions for maintainable dust-control lines.
- Combine pump-side requirements with rigid tubing, fittings and nozzle quantities for a project BOM.
- Prepare replacement stock for installers serving remote industrial or agricultural sites.
What to confirm before quotation
What to confirm before quotation
Industrial and agricultural projects need different nozzle effects and maintenance plans. Quote the application and line conditions, not only a generic nozzle name.
- For dust control, provide the dust source, installation position and available working pressure.
- For greenhouse or poultry cooling, provide the building or zone layout and target number of nozzles.
- For service stock, identify the existing tube outside diameter and fitting connection method.
- When a brief calls for 70 bar, state the actual operating range so every nozzle, fitting and tube can be checked separately.
- Treat push-lock as a buyer-side description: confirm tube OD, retention structure and sample dimensions before any replacement claim.
- If the buyer describes a 9.5 or 9.52 mm line, provide the measured tube outside diameter and existing fitting dimensions; the name alone does not establish fit.
