What to confirm before quotation
A useful RFQ separates the application from the hardware. Confirm the line size and pressure first, then match the nozzle, fitting construction and replacement quantity.
- State whether the order is for a new system, service stock or an existing line retrofit.
- Confirm metric tube outside diameter even when local teams also use inch descriptions.
- Send the nozzle thread, orifice/model, pressure and water-quality information available to you.
- If the project brief uses the term dry fog, provide its droplet, wetting or overspray acceptance criteria; the phrase alone does not establish nozzle performance.
- For a 9.52 mm nylon misting-line request, provide the measured tube outside diameter and existing fitting details; the nominal size alone does not establish suitability.
