Technical preparation
What to confirm before quotation
Start with the application and tubing standard. Pneumatic-looking connectors are not automatically suitable for a misting line, and a product image alone does not confirm pressure or thread compatibility.
- Identify the existing rigid tube material and outside diameter.
- State the working pressure and whether the project needs anti-drip nozzles.
- Separate initial project quantities from ongoing distributor or maintenance stock.
- For a nylon misting-tube fitting request, provide the measured tube OD, working conditions and existing fitting details; pneumatic appearance alone does not establish suitability.
