Technical preparation
What to confirm before quotation
For UAE new-system and spare-parts RFQs, review nozzles, fittings, tubing and pump duty together. Identify the installed or proposed line before selecting individual parts.
- State whether the system is for outdoor cooling, greenhouse or livestock cooling, dust control or condenser pre-cooling.
- For condenser pre-cooling, provide coil layout, ambient design conditions, water treatment, nozzle position and control requirements. Cooling performance and wetting limits require project-specific engineering review.
- Confirm working pressure, nozzle anti-drip requirement, thread and orifice/model.
- Provide tubing OD, fitting structure, pump information and the delivery destination.
- For a stainless-steel misting-nozzle request, identify the published SKU, verified construction, water chemistry and application; material wording alone does not establish corrosion life or interchangeability.
- If an installed connector is described as Slip-Lock, send its dimensions, retention details and photos; the trade name does not prove interchangeability.
- For a 9.52 mm nylon tube request, provide the measured OD, material and existing fitting details; the nominal size alone does not establish pressure suitability or compatibility.
