Match tube and fitting before ordering
Select the tube material, outside diameter and connection structure together. Nylon and polyethylene (PE) are separate material options, not one resin grade.
Tube outside diameter (OD)
The listed range is 9.52, 12 and 16 mm OD. Specify the required diameter with the material; confirm the matching connector for each size. A 9.52 mm tube must not be substituted with 10 mm tube in the same fitting.
Inside diameter and wall thickness
Include the inside diameter or wall thickness when matching an existing line. Outside diameter alone does not define flow capacity or a pressure rating.
Operating conditions
Provide working pressure, water temperature, fluid, indoor or outdoor exposure and line length. Match the tube and fitting ratings to these conditions before installation.

Can a 10 mm tube replace a 9.52 mm misting tube?
Not in a fitting specified for 9.52 mm tube. Match the actual outside diameter and permitted tolerance to the fitting specification; do not round 9.52 mm up to 10 mm.
Can the tubing be supplied as part of a system package?
Yes. Tubing should be quoted with compatible fittings, nozzles, and pump units for complete misting line projects.
Are nylon and PE the same tubing material?
No. Nylon is a polyamide; PE is polyethylene. Specify the material for each order and confirm its dimensions, temperature and pressure limits with the selected fittings.
